Who broke the WindMill??? :-)

Honestly I just ran there today over lunch and noticed the windmill didn't have the... moving/spinning part isn't even there, some what animated.

So what does/would it take to make that work again? Starting the discusion.

I would guess it's a world object *IE: Doors/lifts* and it's not in.

2 other such items I noticed were the dragon ring in cobalt scar and the statue for zoning back to... ummm skyshrine?

On the plus side.. Running around in FIRIONA VIE I found a frost giant camp that had a big fire with a roticery grill (stick rotating over a camp fire) Any way this is the same type of object I have to think, as it was sitting there just spinning along like it should.

Whats the diff between the two?
