GM Guide ?

Hello everyone

I am searching for a GM guide that is printer friendly and has the following information:

ALL GM Commands
Race List
Class List
Spell List
Zone Names

How to on the following:

Spawning mobs
Moving mobs (patrolling, circular, random)
Waypoint configuration for moving mobs

I know there is one out there that is roughly 50mb (with fancy pictures and everything). A link would be greatly appreciated. All the above information doesn't have to be in one guide, but all information is requested.

The eqemu guidebook (latest is 1.3 i think). Do a search on the forums for 'guidebook'

Thank You !! I was doing a search for GM , Guide , or GM + Guide and getting over 1000 matches for each. Wouldn't have thought of guidebook.
