Anarchy Online Emulator

I would like to know if this game is being emulated or not. I remember there being Anarchy Offline, but that project got cancelled for one reason or another. I did a good deal of searching (google) today for one and didnt find anything. I was wondering if any of you know of any that were in development.

AOEmu: AOEmu is officially retired (http://www.emuresource.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=310)

Although there are no emulators for Anarchy Online yet.. this may yet be a useful tool for devs looking into this game.
