zone bug

i just downloaded the eqemu 7.0-821 release it all works perfectly until
i click enter world then it says this zone is unavailable, i found that if i use a older zone.exe it doesnt do this, oh and two things i want to ask,
1) can you put in new water like the water in the char select
2) and can you put in the mines of glooming deep tutorial?

New water is in already. The tutorial works too but you have to set your players to spawn in it + add creatures etc.

what do you mean new water is in already i have a fresh install of titanium and water still looks old only in some places it looks new, and how can i spawn my player in the tutorial\ add creatures ect...
