Just what the title says I've been looking around, tried Georges tools, and for some reason it doesn't seem to work... Any help? Want to make a Charm and implement it on a vendor at the start of the game...

GeorgeS' tools are probably your best option. There is also a PEQ PHP Editor that you can get from the PEQ forums I think, but I prefer GeorgeS' stuff for what you are doing.

You said GeorgeS' tools didn't work, but does that mean you couldn't get the tools working, or that you couldn't get them to do what you are wanting to do?
