Getting GeorgS's tool

Is there another place to get the tools? When I try to click the stickied link my AV pops up telling me it blocked a trojan, and if I try to use a search site they all have the page blocked. I have used them in the past but had to format my hard drive so I lost them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
