If you buff yourself with perminent HP buffs thay dont leave you even if you camp, zone or die (yet the icon is gone). you can however get rid of them by manually click off the icons (if you dont have the icon you must re-buff then click them off).
Screenshot 1 is my #showstats window showing i am indeed still buffed, and icons are gone (i just recently logged in and did not buff myself).
Screenshot 2 (later post) will show my #showbuffs window still listing my current buffs (still without icons).
