Some updates for tools

Hi all,

Been a Long time!:D

I updated the tools to work with the most recent installer and the tools work quite well. Some quirks here and there which are fixable in time. NPC loot editor, item editor, random/fixed loot spawn editor are ok as I have tried these tools extensively so far.

I added a google drive link to these tools, and am working on misc bugs.
