.txc?

I was looking through my EQ directory and I noticed that some files had 2 "versions" one has .s3d and the other had .wld.txc.

Ex:
skyshrine_2_obj.s3d
skyshrine_2_obj.wld.txc

Most of the .txc files show up as 0 bytes also.

Just curious, anyone know what the .txc files are from? patches?

"Texture Cache" (turn on/off in options). having these let you load zones much faster but do take up space.
