NEED HELP WITH NEW EQ PATCHER

When ever i try to download the new patcher it says Unable to installshield scripting runtime. can anyone help?

I am running WIN2k pro.. and i solved the prob by downloading SP3

try that...

will it work on WIN XP?

Still getin the Unable to Install Installshield runtime error..........
