world.exe cannot conect to the loginserver

i have make my server, my sql server is working perfekt, but if my world.exe wants to conect to the eqemu loginserver he always got a error, and the disconect, so i post here a screen that you can see what i mean, thx

Is your computer behind a firewall? The login server uses both tcp and udp, also you aren't running your own login server so there is no need to start it also, but you may try to connect to the minilogin server to see if you get the same error.
