Quest addon v. 4.0

This version fix's 3.5's problems. When CVS gets updated I'll put out a 4.1 that puts commas back in.

Thanks just_add_water! I'm looking forward to giving these a spin! For players like me who have a poor Internet connection (28.8 dialup on good days & no broadband access in the area), I mostly just play solo on my own server, so quests & NPC interaction is a blessing!

You sure work fast, BTW. I'd just downloaded your version 3.5 when I saw this one up. ;)

Here is the same one for telmet but with the npcs in not_found are in it. Plus some of my quests (parts of rogue epic, Hasten, and freporte soulbinder).

this is my setup....telmet's 0.4.4-DR1 server with telmet's 4.4 database. Everything is up and running as expected except for the quests i downloaded and installed to my eqemu directory under quests. I am using the quest pack that was designed for the 4.4 telmet's database. I have even tried bumping the server version back to 4.3 and this didnt help either. If anyone has any info on this problem I would love to know.

What quests are included?

A bunch, or just some of the more simpler ones..
