Need some new server op commands

need to beable to spawn objects. like
#spawnobject (doorid, zone, name, pos_y, pos_x, pos_z, heading, opentype, keyitem)

also #npcspawn delete is messed up, it crashes the game when you do this command.

What exactly does this have to do with quest creation?

He means that he would like for Npc QUESTS to be able to do serverop commands... I think
