Client HP display issues

Just looking to get some feedback on a strange client HP issue. This is on the Titanium client on my server.

1. The HP bar is constantly ticking up 4 or 5 hp or so and then back down 4 or 5 hp. Seems to happen right before the actual regen tick.

2. Any damage incurred to the client doubles the actual amount for a split second. This can result in a temporary unconsciousness if the damage is big enough or the client has low enough HP, and then consciousness is regained as soon as it goes back.

Both of these are only visible to the affected client, other players will see that client as if nothing is wrong. Except in the case of problem 2 if the client is knocked unconscious, other players will see that for the split second.

My search results showed someone had an identical issue that I did with 2:

The solution apparently was to set the Character:SoDClientUseSoDHPManaEnd rule to false, but mine is already set to that. Anyone have any ideas on where to begin looking for what might be causing this issue?

Edit: Shoot, I suppose this belongs in the Windows Servers forum. Could a mod please move it there?

Is the rule_id for the entry that you verified '1?'

Have you done anything that may cause the default rule ('1') not to be used?

Are you referring to the ruleset_id? If so, it the ruleselt_id is indeed '1' and that's currently what the server is set to.

I get problem #1 too, everyone gets that even p99. The second one may be common too for low lvl charecters. Usually though as you level up the problems go away because you just have more health so it isn't as obvious.
