Field: base_data
 

Hello everyone! I am wondering if anybody knows how the fields work under base_data category. I wish to modify regeneration times, but I'm unsure which of these to modify.

Once I have this figured out, I will export a basedata.txt to put into my RoF resource folder, so that all data matches between my server and client.

So if anyone knows, I would really appreciate the details on the subject.
