Formula to convert RBG to decimal wanted by DB?
 

What is the formula to convert RBG to decimal wanted by DB to set color for armor? I use to use George color picker before but now it seem to produce wrong colors. Setting item to BROWN results its being dark blue in game. Setting for RED gets me dark purple etc.
