Fighting issues, and dot issues. How do you fix it?
 

Hey, I know this may not fall along the lines of fixing easily but anyone know how to adjust mobs using block, dodge, etc starting at level 1? Would like to change the level they start using those skills. Be nice to fix this problem, also other problem(s) is RANGED items are NOT working for bow/arrow or throwing, also DoTs are not sticking once a mob starts moving its fades off insta or when chasing PCs. Any known fixes for this too?

Any of these fixes would be nice actually. Any suggestions on where to look in the coding?
