Classic WoW Will bring lots of new players here
 

I haven't played Wow since beta. I got to level like 10 and it was just meh to me so I never played retail. I liked the more realistic and less kiddy feel of EQ.

Anyway I was watching some youtube videos one about a Vanilla Wow dev talking about how many of the devs were huge EQ fans. Basically the idea of Wow was Everquest in the Warcraft world. Some vanilla streamers like Alexensual went back to play P99 to see the spiritual predecessor to Wow and he loved it. I bet he still plays.

So anyway I think Classic Wow coming back will increase the visibility of Everquest and a lot of players who want to get a more gritty less kiddy feel will try out our emulators.

I think "PEQ expansions" will really be a boon for this and might help us capture this interest even better. The goal should be PEQ expansions barebone release by launch of Classic WoW :).
