Missing NPC's (most zones)

I recently installed the Aka all-in-one installer. It worked flawlessly however, I am missing the entire zone worth of mobs in ...

-Cazic Thule (0) Mobs
-Nektulos (0) Mobs

A few other zones seem very sparse as well. My goal is to do a progression server so I believe I have the content locked down correctly I just can't seem to figure out where or how to get the correct DB or NPC(s) to spawn.

If anyone has some quick feedback i'd really appreciate the help. :smile:

It seems after some digging for a few hours, due to my content lock of (0) and min_status (5) of most of the mobs in CazicThule they were not populating.

As soon as I adjusted them they reappeared. "Problem Solved" except for the obvious HP and level values.

Does anyone have a lower end DB by chance ?
