private server error connecting

getting problems again. it was working last year but not now after updating.

i have changed the config.json to to

"loginserver" : {
"account" : "",
"host" : "xxx.xxx.xxx", of my local ip
"password" : "",
"port" : "5998"
'do i start with

t_start_server_with_login_server.bat?

sorry problems again and forget it all every year.
