The Lucid Dream - Promotional Event
 

The Lucid Dream server is running a promotional event over the next week to peek interest in our server. Starting today 08-20-2017 and until 08/27/2017 we will have an event including a promotional repeatable quest to help equip players and get them on there way to the custom content, double experience and triple aa from Lucid Seal turn ins.

Below is a brief description of our server:

Server theme is a pseudo-dream world: your EQ character has fallen asleep and is now living in a lucid dream.
This is a 100% lore-friendly server. Open beta is completed.
Server Files located on the website for download, read the "ABOUT THE SERVER - Readme" for more details.
Frequent, full GM support (ROF2 client only, other clients unsupported) - GMs Firiona and Cazic.

Exp set to x2 normal, AA Exp set to x5 normal.

Max Level 75, pets enabled to 75.

AAs for levels 76-100 have been enabled for level 75.

Items x2 strength (weapons x2 dmg, -20% delay), various items tweaked beyond this limit.

Lore tags removed from all items (except custom items).

No Drop/No Trade tags removed from all items (except custom items).

All races enabled for all items.

Official content out to and including Omens of War.

Unique Deity System: change your deity in game and receive custom item reward(s) in return.*
*Some of these rewards are very powerful, some rewards may or may not fit your character theme/class.

Plane of Time lockout reduced to 5 hours, failure prompts a lockout of only 2 hours.

Serverwide respawn limit of 4 hours plus or minus 1 hour (3-5 hours maximum).

New 'revamped old' zones are used on this server, use ROF2 and the Server Files.

Custom content for specific zones will be cranked out and released in due time.

Many server rules adjusted: focus effects affect weapon procs, max archery distance 1, boosted crits, etc.

Hub in Plane of Knowledge, many custom NPCs available for service, server charm ports you back to the hub.

Special hub NPCs: race changer, buff bot, corpse summoner, etc. (see readme for more details).

Alt Currency "Abstract Dream Motes" drop randomly from any mob, alt currency vendor in PoK hub.

AA Coins "Lucid Memory Seals" drop from zone bosses/raid bosses, turn them into NPC in PoK for 10 AA each.

Custom quests all over the place.

Custom items all over the place.

Keys are powerful augs, but keys aren't required to enter normally keyed zones.

Hail an NPC in PoK to flag your character with every Planes of Power flag there is.

A few custom and revamped zones.

Bots enabled, create up to 9, spawn up to 3 at a time.

Mercs enabled.

Presently, there is no limit to the number of actual player characters you can log in (no box limit).

MQ2 is okay, given you are using /stick /attack and eqbc commands, NO ACTIVE CRACKS.

Do NOT use /warp or /zone or other active mq2 hacks, this is bannable.

Peqzone is disabled.

Acquired pets anyone can use (see the forums for full details).

All NPCs' resistances have been cut in half to better accommodate casting classes.

Riftseeker's is level 69+, Anguish is level 68+, Plane of Time is level 65+.

Have a look at South Karana, Neriak Palace, and Sunset Home (cshome is 70+ only).

This is a really fun server with and interesting twist I encourage people looking for something new to come I'll get you set up we do raids all the time great server with active gm's and people come join the fun!
