Failure to login using DR1/DR2

CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.5.9-DR1
everything loads fine untill...
Error: EMuShareMem: DLLLoadItems: iItemStructSize !=sizeof(Item_Struct)
Item_Struct has changed, EMuSharedMem.dll needs to be recompiled.
[Error] Error: Could not load item data. But ignoring
more loads untill...
[Error] Could not load EQTime file ./eqtime.cfg
[Error] Unable to load ./eqtime.cfg
then everything connects...

when i try to login to my server World.exe gives me this error?
[Error] Expecting OP_SendLogInfo, got 241
Removing client from ip 127.0.0.1 port:1384

My set up is:
EQEMu 0.5.9-DR1 Perl
all perl installed alright(passed test)
Patched Client to latest Live Servers as of present.
Host reads

I log into the login server, see my server unlocked and join it, then it boots me to Error:1017...
Ive seen this error many times before, but this is the furthest ive acually gotten to getting my server up and running. not only errors i see are all highlighted yellow on this thread.

gives me 1010, unable to locate host file after i login acoount.

no more no less i timeout after account login?

alright, cleaned up some junk sitting around and set up a 0.5.9-DR2 Server.
Everything loads smoothly
Everything connects smothly
when logging in after a character create, i get these mysterious errors.
Using 0.5.9-DR1
World.exe error messages upon character selection/entering queynos2:

It seems whenever I try to login i get a messagebox "Zone not availible."
and world.exe shows:

SIDE-NOTE: However, when i grant privileges for my mysqladmin user name and password i get

in the tutorial or guide by Wingnut it says "1 Rows?"
