My server is not starting

Hi I recently updated to the new launcher, but my start.bat for my server is no longer working,

I'm gettting in my "C:\EQ\EQemuServer\world.exe" box

[World__LS_ERR] COULD NOT CONNECT TO LOGIN SERVER: eqemulator.net:5998
CPConnection::Connect(): connect() failed. Error: 10061

Also i get an "0: sleeping" box which says

[debug] [LAUNCHER__STATUS] Starting zone dynamic_05
[debug] [LAUNCHER__STATUS] Zone dynamic_05 has been started.
[debug] [LAUNCHER__STATUS] Waiting 2000 milliseconds before booting the next zone.

change login server to login.eqemulator.net:5998

After I enter username and password it takes me to server select screen, but no servers are there to log into. I made sure i have login.eqemulator.net:5998 as eqhost
