from my server, my guildmaster only learn languages why?

I think all servers are like that - including daybreak games.

It's considered a skill and all skill-ups come from guild masters.

I mean it's the only thing they give to learn, they do not give the skills, only the common language and the language of the class. nothing more

Did you change your Max Level for characters?
