Query Server Crash

My query server crashes when a character is entering the world. However, it connects to MySQL fine and if I load it after a character enters the world, it seems to function normally for the most part.

How can I figure out why it is crashing during a character loading and entering the world?

In the World Server there is the following entry during character load.

[World Server] Removed Query Server connection from 2a90ff5b-97ce-48f3-a57d-f8e0d0e434f5

Issue resolved. I recreated the database and then copied over my data. A data issue somewhere. The database has been hacked and slashed for a good 6 years so starting fresh probably a good idea anyway.
