Hi all, I just strated playing, and I yet encountered any problems..

But I do want to know where can I change the game configurations from outside the game itself (if there is such a way)

You can change allsorts of things with a sql editor, navicat etc
xp / item stats / mob stats / spawn points / etc

depends on what you want to change
