Need a spellfile editor for RoF2 client

I am looking for a spellfile editor thats compatible with RoF2. Every one that I have found (and believe me i have searched for hours) is for older clients, titanium, SoF, SoD... etc. Need one thats compatible with RoF2 if possible, and not the EOC one.

use the peq spell editor its simple and you can download it for your own local network.. it's also available through EOC.
