I was having problems with my server, I had to reinstall everything and I have it online again but even though I'm already in and out of the game, on the eqemu page I do not get maxplayers or average players, I do not know if I have blocked or not if people can enter, I need help again

I could see how someone could enter but in my page stats server does not come out anymore average players and maxplayers why?
