Clicky Item With Teleport - Not Using Correct Recast Delay
 

Hello,

I cloned a charm and assigned 'Knowledge Gate' to it's Click Effect ID. I then set the 'Cast Time to '7000', 'Recast Delay' to '1000' and 'Recast Type' to '13' (picked an arbitrary int there).

Within the game after reloading the server I see '13' as type, '7 sec' as cast time, but Recast Delay shows up as '16 Minutes and 40 Seconds'. I'm quite confused by this. Is there any particular reason why this would be the case? It's certainly not just a visual issue, as I cannot recast successfully after 1000ms. I definitely have to wait the full 16 minutes++.

Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Recast Type probably conflicts with another item/aa/spell.

This was helpful, but I have a follow-up.

Currently my servers home zone is the guild lobby. I created a charm and assigned the spell 'knowledge gate' to get them back fairly close. There is no spell to gate to the guild lobby, but I tried modifying some random gate spell i'll never use to get to the lobby, to little success.

Any suggestions how to best implement a teleport to guild lobby via right click on the aforementioned charm?

Some people have altered the Origin AA to have a quick punt back to the PoK.
