EQEmulator Forums - Please help me with my account

I'm sorry if I have the wrong forum section. I didn't find one that exactly matched where I should go.

I started playing on Server Blue PVE Project 1999 and I cannot recover my account. I have followed the steps needed on the p99 website and they said they are completely unable to help me and they don't have access to what's needed to help me but you do. They cannot see or change my password, they cannot see or change my phone number on the account nor can they "resend" the SMS code to recover the account.

I changed my password a couple of days ago, I had forgotten the new password so I went on my forum account on p99 and added my phone number to receive an SMS code to reset the password. I never got the code. I know I put the correct number down, but someone said that I may have made a mistake not putting my country code (Putting a 1 in front of the area code if you're in USA)

I have petitioned, talked to multiple gms and they all say they just don't have access to these things in order to help me. my best response was to keep trying until I remember it or to contact you.

When I go to reset my password it says: "You must have an SMS Number attached to your account in order to reset loginserver passwords. Use the SMS Verification link to the left to add one. "

I have already done that, I have added the correct phone number I simply never got the code. When I click on SMS verification it asks for the code I never received and will not let me see or change the number I have put on the account.

Is there anyway you can help with this issue? I would just like to see if I can at least fix the phone number/SMS code issue so I can go about recovering my account.

I have made a mistake but the solution in place to fix this issue did not work for me. So I'm asking please is there anything I can do to remedy this situation? I will provide any information that is needed to recover my account.
