Power up my Server, It doesnt appear on Server list.

So I get my server up and going on my New windows 10 OS. I got the Database set up again, the server files are in place, I go to run the system and it fails to show up on server list...what gives?

Need more information...

How is your config.xml set up?

Are your ports opened?

What do the logs say?

Did you use Akka's server set up?

.... I mean... Simply stating; 'it doesn't work' isn't enough...

It's not windows 10 so don't blame the OS, I'm using windows 10, I used Akka's server set up, and my server is running fine...

It could be port forwarding issues, anything really. You need to tell us what you used to set up your server, and it would help if you would open your config file and copy and paste it here with the DB password Xed out to start.

It might be a port forwarding issue for sure. I've moved since I last also changed Internet company and a Router.

It's a port forwarding issue then, if you've changed routers. Correct me if I'm wrong but port forwarding is per router, go into your router and forward the right ports and give 'er another shot. If you have any further issues post back. I'm home now, so I can help further if you need.

Is it possible to run a client from the server machine also ?
Nevermind found my issue. I saw a post that explained my IP issue if connecting to locahost.
