Decided to bring up the Daxum box, input new databases and fixed up a few things; there are stuff some out-of-era things around a few zones so I'll nuke them as we go.

Included Vah Shir and Frogloks BL/Ber to add more dynamics instead of having the same old stuff, I tuned them to be compliant with Velious.

Added the new spell sets and fixed up AC and melee damage to add more juice to the classes so they're an even spread amongst each other, so we don't have a dozen mages rolling around steamrolling people or warriors one shotting people as with past boxes.
