Getting the grid

Is there a way to get the grid in LUA? I think in Perl it was GetGrid(), if not I can just shift gears and do it in perl. I searched through the wiki but the only thing I see is how to get the waypoint.

It is also just GetGrid() with the NPC as the one calling it.
