Phinny spell set

Trying to tune Phinny and he doesn't seem to have a spell set listed. Anyone know how to find it?

Hi,

Is it true that on TLP servers we have different spells than on live servers?
Where can I find a spell set for Phinny?

On my server I have him proccing Pillage Enchantment 50% of the time and then he uses the default wizard list.
