Max Level

I just setup a server for some friends and I to play on. I have been reading as much as I can find but I didnt know is level 70 the cap, or is it possible to go past that? I am going to assume its possible if I can figure out how to hack it into my server?

The PEQ DB only has up to OoW implemented, that's the issue with further levels (they are supported though, but content isn't created)
