DB Error- Invalid Password
 

I keep getting a this Error when trying to log it. I'm putting in everything correctly. I made a login server account and an account on here and P99 website also got them linked. My husband can sign in on his account but it won't let me sign in on my account always says DB error Invalid password. And no we are not trying to sign in at the same time we are currently trying to get the IP exemption on p99 website.
