i am looking for this mob.. http://wiki.project1999.org/Tisella but it seems like it doesnt spawn.. can anyone give me a little help finding this mob or maybe tell me what the placeholder is?

this sort of thing is wasted on these forums - post on p99's (i assume thats the server your playing on) forums.

To answer your question though: You can find her pathing near the Najena gate.
