error messages
 

Backstory is i have an old windows 8 comp and it started running slow a few months ago so i decided to finally do a full restore. After loading everything back up, i started getting error messages for missing files:
API-MS-WIN-CORE-KERNEL32-PRIVATE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-CORE-PRIVATEPROFILE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-SERVICE-PRIVATE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-CORE-SHUTDOWN-L1-1-1.DLL
EXT-MS-WIN-NTUSER-UICONTEXT-EXT-L1-1-0.DLL
IESHIMS.DLL

I ran the all in one downloader of C++ and the DirectX downloader which is supposed to add all those files but for some reason it didnt. I am wondering if it is possible for someone to post those files found in system32 and syswow64 folders for me to add? Is that even an option?
Almost forgot to add im running 64 bit windows.

please do. what info i could find online suggests it is a problem with windows 8 and now that they no longer supposrt 8 i seem to be out of luck.
