New Server - Database help

I set up a new server (my first) using the Akkadius windows server installer script. I got the server to run and connected to it, walked around on my new character. But then I thought, now what? I want to make the character a GM, use the #zone command, etc. but there seems to be zero instruction about how to do this, no readme's in the folder or anything.

So of course I looked at the wiki, and they do mention things like this, for instance here; https://eqemu.gitbook.io/server/cate...nning-a-server

My issue is the part where they just assume I know how to use the database that they automatically installed with zero input on my part;
"In this example, my_db_username is the username that you set for the mysql database during server installation and my_character_name is the name of the character you setting to GM status."

I never got any prompt asking me about db usernames or passwords during the installation. Everything was automatic. I have absolutely no idea how to open the database for the server or even where the db file is located, as a search for *.db in the server folder reveals nothing. There is the .pdb (program debug database) files in the folder, but I don't know how to load those into HediSQL for instance. HediSQL has no kind of automatic setup, when launched it asks me to create a new database.

The only thing I did manage was to open MySQL (which I just randomly saw in new programs), and then managed to guess the password was eqemu. That loads some kind of cmd prompt with database information, but none of it looks usable to me. There's nothing about EQ at all from what I can tell.

Any help would be appreciated.

Okay so as usual, I spend hours trying to figure something out, break down and ask for help on forums, then figure it out 5 minutes later. I turns out I had to (A) have the server running (not evident to me), (B) run HediSQL and (C) start a new session with eqemu as the password. I figured this out purely by guesswork and trial & error, but database is open now and I see all the PEQ files, so it should all be good.
