Cabalis Flying Boats

I am not sure if this belongs in the database section, but I noticed on PEQ that the boat in the Cabalis canals is following the waypoints...but up in the air instead of on the water.

Tbh, I don't even see them on my personal server...

I know that boats used to sail on the bottom of the ocean..and that was fixed.
