Cannot log into other EQEMU account
 

Hello,

I am having trouble logging into my main EQEMU account but when I go to password reset and enter my e-mail it seems to not be tied to my account?

I can answer any questions about the login accounts/passwords but I cannot get into the EQEMU account which seems odd to me.

It may have been on an old university e-mail address that I no longer have???

I am not sure...

I remember enabling SMS - and it does go to my phone and I can confirm that number along with any loginserver account information.

Is there any recourse for me to recover the EQEMU? I was trying to go over my login server accounts as a whole and ran into this issue.
