vbulletin

Kinda random buuut, does anyone know how I can move links around in my navbar in vbulletin?

I am making a webpage for my server and I dont know if its an addon that does it or what. I dont have a "Home" button or a "Forums" button plus I need to move some of the other ones around a bit.
