SharedBankPlat - duping bug still there?

Can I enable Character:SharedBankPlat or is the duping bug still there?
Comment says 'off by default to prevent duping for now'.

I would assume it's fixed. That dupe is from years and years ago. If you're going to enable that just make sure you don't allow people to login twice from the same account and you'll be fine either way.
