In the database, a table called tblloginserveraccounts is where each local account is created and stored. Once you actually create
a character on that account, you can go into a table called 'accounts' in the database to find it there. But once it's gone that far,
you will have data entered into the player tables for that character as well.

EDIT: Also wanted to mention, you will notice a big difference in the account ID number values between using the EQEmu public login
server and your own private login server. Public will show a multi-digit ID 7***** (or whatever) and the private login ID's will start at
1, then 2.....and so on.
