You misunderstood me, I mean the server "rolls"...

You misunderstood me, I mean the server "rolls" the dmg that would be applied with the up to 75% and the up to 50% and which ever one managed to focus higher that time gets applied.

Actually on live spell foci sort of stack in the sense that if you have 2 fire foci ones a 50% and the others a 75% on live it checks your 50% to see what the added dmg would be and then your 75% and...

`rule_value` varchar('1'0) NOT NULL default '',

should be

`rule_value` varchar('10') NOT NULL default '',

And I believe its source load_player.sql, then load_bots.sql, then the peq.sql
