update all high end velious mobs added .
Max level 60( To keep in with velious theme and mob levels)
All dragons will have correct damage and AE's.

Velious Visions

Made a 45-65 Legit type raiding server that starts you in thurg armor and epics. Main idea is to focus on Velious (duh title) and mainly let you focus on raiding with little leveling.

Scorp deleted chars on a upgrade because I had a 40ish beastlord when they only had Poair as a good higher lvl zone max lvl might of been 60 also not sure

I have the gates of discord expansion downloaded but not purchased, is there a file I can edit to make the game think I have GoD? I wanted to make a zerker and screw around but can't figure out a way...
