If you have DiabloLoot.pl in your plugin folder...

If you have DiabloLoot.pl in your plugin folder need to move it your your actually server directory folder in order to run it properly.

Try opening the command window with the start...

Try opening the command window with the start menu then navigating over to your server directory instead of opening the command window there. I've had to do it that way on a couple things to get them...

The eqlaunch.exe one should be sleeping that's normal. If it its not sleeping then there's a problem.

Thanks Maze updates had not crossed my mind it...

Thanks Maze updates had not crossed my mind it was a software update im guessing finally found it went through msconfig and narrowed it down to the program causing the problem and fixed it.
