It has been going on for at least a week now. I believe that they have been rebooting it to get it to work. Sometimes it is up for awhile, other times a few minutes.

When I got my new computer it did the same for me (with Vista). Turns out it wasn't a vista issue.

Make sure you have administrative authority for the account that you are using on your computer....
