Is it okay to use PERL 5.10.1.1008? I don't see a way to download the version you listed unless you have a Business Edition account.

EQEmuLoginServer.exe

When I run the startup.bat the cmd window flash and then go away. Any idea why this might be happening? I feel like I am so close to ironing out these issues and having my server up and running.
