Issue resolved. I recreated the database and then copied over my data. A data issue somewhere. The database has been hacked and slashed for a good 6 years so starting fresh probably a good idea...

Issue Resolved

Resolved by removing acct and pw from the LoginServer section. I left the login server name as the updated login.eqemulator.net.
